All cancellations must be made in writing to info@softwaretestpro.com. You may cancel without penalty until February 15, 2019, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after March 1st, 2018 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations.
To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal or American Express card available when registering. You may also choose to be invoiced for the conference fee. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required prior to attendance. Please make checks payable to Software Test Professionals.
If you register early by using the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Discount and are not happy with the program once posted, we will refund your STPCon registration fees in full. You must inform STP in writing (email) before 14 calendar days when the full program is posted if you desire a refund. STP will notify the registrants when each part of the program is posted for review (Keynotes, workshops, then sessions). To ensure you are informed, please use an email address that you regularly use when registering for STPCon. After 14 days of the full program posting, regular cancelation policy is in effect (see above).
